Initial sales of this latest generation iPad will start right at 8 am local time.

Eleven states have the first turn, namely Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, Britain and the United States.

However, this sale was conducted simultaneously in 10 countries, due to time differences.

So the country is lucky to have a turn early, such as Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
